The Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak is a 932km road network connecting 9 of 11 divisions of Sarawak from Sematan in the Lundu District in the west, to Merapok in the Lawas District at the Sabah Sarawak border in the east.
HAPM, in a joint venture with OPUS Berhad, is the Independent Consulting Engineer (ICE) for the project, to review, check, comment and advise the government with regards to the adequacy and completeness of the design, cost optimisation and timely completion of the project.
On the 5th December 2021, the 33.65 km-long Serian Section stretch, which is part of the Work Three package from Bulatan Serian to Simpang Pantu, covering a total distance of 75.015 km was fully completed.
