 Job Description 

  • Develop and optimize operational processes to fit to fast-changing business. 
  • Continuously analyse and review business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and compliance. 
  • To achieve compliance with budget requirements across all functions. 
  • Monitor the protection of assets and fixed asset spending within the approval limits. 
  • Provide necessary financial controlling support in negotiating new retail locations. 
  • Prepare and provide all relevant data and analysis for a proper and smooth budget and forecast process to local Management. 
  • Prepare internal reporting on the financial performance of the company using existing tools and incorporating improvements such that information is reliable, timely, and comprehensive. 
  • Plans, studies, and collects data to determine costs of business activity such as raw materials purchases, inventory, and labor. 
  • Analyzes data collected and records results. 
  • Analyzes and provides budgetary controls over costs of procurement, production, sales, and management. 
  • Analyzes changes in product specifications, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost. 
  • Analyzes manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports for comparison. 
  • Provides management with reports specifying and comparing factors relevant to the costs of products or services. 
  • Conducts physical inventories cycle count programs. 
  • Reconciles finished goods inventories. 
  • Maintain and improve processes and controls associated with recording and reporting manufacturing costs and inventory. 
  • Develops and documents policies and procedures on budgetary controls and inventory audits. 
  • Assist in developing and documenting costing policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls. 

Qualification 

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy, or professional qualifications in ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent recognized by MIA. 
  2. At least 2 solid years of Cost and Control in project management/construction, will be advantages and for those with audit experience are encourage to apply.

Job Description

  • Assist the Project Team to monitor the project site progress and ensure that the project is implemented according to schedule.
  • Assist Project Team to monitor & ensure the project is in general compliance with drawings and specifications and carry out site visits, site audits, quality control tests, and site inspection and checking to ensure compliance to quality standards and contract requirements.
  • To assist Project Team in the preparation of monthly progress reports and any adhoc reports if required.
  • To highlight possible technical problems on-site and report to Project Engineer.
  • To assist and report to Project Team on the project physical status and compliance with the approved quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) procedures.
  • To carry out spot checks (if required) at the work site for compliance and notify the Project Engineer of any non-compliance with the contract.
  • To assist Project Team to verify all testing and commissioning procedures and ascertain that these are performed by qualified testing personnel and carried out in compliance with applicable standards.
  • To assist the Project Team to verify the handover procedures and ascertain that these are performed by RET/Contractor as per approved procedures.
  • To assist Project Team on the checking and verification of progress claim by Contractor.

Qualification

  1. Recognized Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in Technical Assistant works.
  3. Good command of spoken and writing skills in English is an added advantage.
  4. Possess strong technical skills and technical knowledge

Job Description

  • Establish, implement, and maintain efficient Document Management
  • System (DMS) and comprehensive filing system for the project.
  • Process all incoming and outgoing documents related to the project, provide correspondence tracking numbers, and registering, handle and storage these documents in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) procedures.
  • Carry out general administrative duties i.e., set up, copy, scan, and store documents.
  • Manage requests for documentation and template creation.
  • File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
  • To liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
  • Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.

Qualification

  1. Recognized Diploma in Management or related.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
  3. Good command of spoken and writing skills in English is an added advantage.
  4. Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  5. Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
