The most anticipated event of the year- Jelajah Borneo 2022!

It ran from the 23rd till the 27th of May where the #peopleofhapm travelled from West to East Malaysia to conduct construction site visits throughout Sarawak.

We kicked off day 1 at Kota Kinabalu with site visits to
Package 9 (N041) Tourism Facilities at Patarikan River, Merapok, Lawas;
Package 13 (N034) SK Kampung Seberang;
Package 3 (N005) Pembesaran Kampung Belipat, Serdang and Belangsat;
Package 3 (N038) New Road from Kampung Noor Islam to Kuala Lawas Ferry Pointand and lastly to Package 9 (N049) Pasar Tamu Lawa.

A tiring yet eventful day was sealed off with a Raya and Pre-Gawai Dinner at the HAPM Site Office in ICE RECODA NRDA Lawas.

On day 2, HAPM travelled from Lawas to Limbang via express boat, conducting site visits in the area.

Team Jelajah Borneo then flew to Miri on the 25th of May 2022, for site visits to Logan Sibong as a part of the  RECODA Project Highland Development Agency (HDA) Package 2. At night, we dined with HAPM Miri, HAPM Bintulu and our friends from Opus Consultants for Raya and Pre-Gawai at Nur Hotel, Miri.

26th of May was mainly to Bintulu to conduct inspect and monitor project sites for PBHS and URDA Bintulu projects.

Project RECODA/2019/U001 at Machan was visited on the  27th of May. Afterwhich, HAPM Miri, Bintulu, Sibu, Selangau and Sarikei, came together with the staff of Opus Consultants and 27Projects for Raya/Pre-Gawai dinner this day.

5 days flew by quickly but we were grateful for this opportunity to bond with everyone and ensure the HAPM ship is sailing smoothly for the year 2022. Hurrah to all!
