From the beginning of the year, I have been planning my meals by following dietary guidelines and sample meal plans to reduce my weight. The previous webinar, “Importance of Nutrition Basics” by Miss Indra, organised by HAPM, has really helped and motivated me. I continuously prepare balanced meals using the Malaysian Healthy Plate and adopt the ‘quarter-quarter half’  principle in my diet.

Reading contract cases improves my work performance as I gain more knowledge in handling such cases. I have carried out business development efforts to bring up one project for HAPM in 2022 as HAPM’s goal is to establish four new sectors of the business.

As a Project Management Consultant (PMC), I want to do well in my career and excel in this sector. Most importantly, I want to keep consistent with my progress on daily Quran recitations. By the end of 2022, I would like to successfully complete all of my 2022 resolutions.
