Project Overview
Wisma Naim – a prestigious and multi-faceted commercial business centre developed on prime land. The scheme comprises 11-Storey Towers, 2 units of the unique concept 7-Storey Shopoffices, 26 units of highly desirable 4-Storey Shophouses and 18 units ultra comfort 4-Storey Apartments. The Entire scheme also boasts of modern amenities.
Hasmi & Associates Project Management was appointed as the Project Manager for the scheme. Traditional procurement methods were adopted but prior to rendering, a Value Management exercise was undertaken to ensure the provision of maximum value to the project.
Construction of the project stated in 1995. One of the towers and all the other buildings were completed in mid 1997.
