Riza Architect, MM Quantity Surveyors, Juruteras Engineerings Sdn Bhd and Jurutera Perunding GSA Sdn Bhd to ensure this projects meets the client’s specification, budjet and complete within the time frame given.
Located at Jalan Greentown, town centre of Ipoh, Perak, RCMP new 10 storey building intended to be UniKL campus for medical education consist of Male and Female Hostel, Podium Block and Parking space. RCMP will accomplices with Pharmacy, Nursing and Medicine.
Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) was appointed Getinas Sdn Bhd as a main Contractor to built this hostel and teaching facilities on 2.5 acres of land near the existing campus in Ipoh, Perak for University Kuala Lumpur (UniKL)
The project commenced on 20 April 2009 with an estimated cost at RM 69.9 Million and schedule to be completed by 19 April 2011.
