Retired as Secretary General Ministry of Works (MOW) and has 41 years of experience in various government and private sectors. During his services in MOW, he was principally responsible in development of country’s infrastructure including nationwide road networks and buildings. As an Assistant Director in EPU, he was responsible in charting our country’s economic development and planning federal resources. In 2009, he helped set up the PPP Unit which was instrumental in Privatisation and PFI projects in Malaysia. He continuously contributed to the nation through various appointments, advising both Government and Corporate leaders. Has extensive experience and expertise in Project Planning, Privatisation & PPP in Construction, Water and Energy sectors. He is the President of Malaysian Association of Facility Management (MAFM) and holds several board member roles in various corporations and NGO.
