Project Overview
HAPM Consultants Sdn. Bhd. with our partners, Gabungan Jurukur Bahan (GJB) and Juruukur Bahan Pertama (JBP) were appointed to provide Independent Project Consultant (IPC) to Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (SOCSO) office building projects which are located in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Alor Setar and Penang.
The Kuala Lumpur project is located at Jalan Tun Razak on 1.33 acre land area. This 19 storey building will provide 259,411 sq ft floor area. The project started on early 2007 and was completed on 27th March 2009. (Including ID).
The Petaling Jaya project is located at Section 6, Jalan Selangor , Petaling Jaya. This projects comprises 5 level of office space and was completed on 6th June 2008.
The Alor Setar project is located at Bandar Alor Setar and comprises of 7 level of office space. The project was completed in
18th October 2008.
The Penang project is located at Jalan Burma / Lebuh Codington George Town. The project comprises of 5 level of office space and completed in November 2007.
The total gross floor area for each building are:-
- Kuala Lumpur – 437,02959 sq ft
- Petaling Jaya – 135,56159 sq ft
- Pulau Pinang – 69,07959 sq ft
- Alor Setar – 110,39859 sq ft
We manage the construction phase, testing and commissioning; and handing over processes, to meet the client’s Time, Cost and Quality objectives.
