Who Are We Looking For
- Recognized Diploma in Management or related.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
- Good command of spoken and writing skills in English is an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
What You Will Be Doing
- Establish, implement, and maintain efficient Document Management
- System (DMS) and comprehensive filing system for the project.
- Process all incoming and outgoing documents related to the project, provide correspondence tracking numbers, and registering, handle and storage these documents in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) procedures.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
- Carry out general administrative duties i.e., set up, copy, scan, and store documents.
- Manage requests for documentation and template creation.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- To liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organisation.
