Project Overview
Amidst a booming economy of Miri, the oil town of Sarawak, a new township known as the PERMYJAYA NEW TOWNSHIP is being developed.
Laborious efforts and meticulous planning by top professionals is the result of the new township. Sophisticated infrastructural works and public amenities are incorporated to complement the overall well-thought and articulately conceived mega housing scheme.
The scheme is phased out into four phases consisting a total of 7600 units comprising of Single-Storey Terrace Houses, 4-Storey Flats, Single-Storey Semi-Detached Houses, Single-Storey Detached Houses, Double-Storey Shophouses, Nursery, Community Hall, Mosque, Chapel, and Recreational Amenities
The scheme requires about 200 units of houses to be completed monthly. Because of the fast track construction, a design and build contractor was appointed.
HAPM Consultants Sdn Bhd was appointed as the Project Manager to manage the programme and act as the site agent for the developer.
The project which started construction in early 1996 has now seen more than 1500 units of property completed and handed over.
