The Project is located at Bangi, Selangor Daru Ehsan.
The project is to accommodate Public Bank’s main Computer and Management Training Centre with ancillary buildings comprising the following:
- Main Computer Centre
- Management Training Centre
- Accommodation Block
- Parking Area
- Auditorium
- Utility Block
The buildings include extensive mechanical and electrical services which account for more than half the project value. There is a high level of power redundancy and intelligent building concepts are a feature.
The complex covers a site area of approximately 27,930 square meters and has a floor area of 36,898 square meters. The value of the project is RM82 Million.
Hasmi-Bucknall JV provided Project Management, M&E Cost Management and Contract Administration to Public Holdings. These services include the following
- Overall Project Management Services.
- Detailed assessment of measured rates build up of M&E Works items and Cost Review.
- Detailed Design Review of M&E Works.
- Value Management Study
- Onsite Quality check.
The project was completed in November 1997.
