Project Overview
Located just outside Kuching City, a mega housing scheme to cater for the lower income group was being developed.
The scheme comprises two phases of which 2900 units of affordable homes are being constructed in the 1st Phase. Later phases will see the development of Single-Storey semi-detached and detached houses and 4-Storey apartments.
Other facilities will include a commercial centre, a Community Hall, Mosque, Nursery and Recreational Amenities.
The scheme requires about 200 units of houses to be completed monthly and due to such requirement, a design and build contractor was appointed.
HAPM Consultants Sdn Bhd represents Naim Housing Sdn Bhd, the developer of the scheme to manage the programme and act as the site agent for the developer. The project will be under construction phases by phases and started way back 1997.
