Project Overview
HAPM Consultants Sdn Bhd was awarded as project management consultant by Asal Juru Sdn. Bhd.
The project consists the construction of 15 units of 4-storey shop houses in Bandaraya Kuching.
HAPM was, then, appointed to assist the Main Contractor in defining the basic conditions and scope of the project, as basis for the project design as well as setting up the final plan for the project implementation, management and coordination. HAPM was to ensure successful completion from project inception to handover.
HAPM had coordinated activities undertaken by the relevant professionals, specialists, designers and subcontractors involved in the project.
HAPM had also undertaken the roles to oversee non-financial particulars that includes budget management and administration.
