Saidatul Kesuma Dewi Ismail
Suyanto Osman is currently the Chairman of HAPM as well as the Chairman HAPM IT. Suyanto started his professional career as a Civil Engineer with the Public Works Department in Sarawak in 1981. In 1988 he was made the Deputy Director with Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara responsible for developments in the City of Kuching North. He was the pioneer team in the organisation that has now grown into a major organisation with 1000 employees. He played a major role as a team member winning several prestigious quality awards. Suyanto started his career in the private sector in 1994 as a Project Manager with Hasmi Bucknall JV on the RM700 million Telekom Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. Since then he has been involved with several projects undertaken by the company in Malaysia including the RM300 million fast track Bakun Resettlement Scheme, Multimedia University – Cyberjaya, University Malaysia Sarawak and University Industry Selangor. Saidatul Kesuma Dewi started her career in 1992 as Valuation Officer with Khongand Jaafar Sdn. Bhd. Since then, she has expanded her experience in valuations, real estate agency, property management for corporate clients and financial institutions.After graduating from Universiti TeknologiMara in MSC in Integrated Construction Project Management in 1999, she joined HAPM Consultants Sdn Bhd. She was instrumental in the team that managed the claims and resolved contractual problems for the TelekomMalaysia Headquarters project in Kuala Lumpur as the Commercial Manager. Her knowledge in valuation and estate management and specialising in Cost and Contracts Management had also proven useful to the project team. She is also involved in the UNIMAS loss & expense analysis and the UNISEL tendering process. She was appointed as Executive Director effective September 2004

Mohamad Basri started his professional career as a Valuer with WTW (B) Sdn Bhd and in 1987, he joined Arta Surveyors based in Brunei where he undertook various assignments in valuation, real estate agency, property management and property consultancy for corporate clients, banks and institutions.In 1991, he joined Hasmi & Associates Sdn Bhd based in Kuala Lumpur responsible for several major assignments which includes being the Lead Consultant for the valuation of all Telekom Malaysia Berhad's assets valuation of forest timber concession and forest plantation in Gabon, West Africa, New Zealand, Sabah and Sarawak; valuation of ports assets and installations (Bintulu Port, Kuantan Port and Kemaman Port)He was also involved in the project management consultancy for the new headquarters of Telekom Malaysia Berhad and feasibility studies of development projects.

Ong Aun Kung started his career in 1978 as a Valuation Officer in the Valuation and Property Services Department of Treasury and in the States Offices ofPahang, Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca and Johor, eventually being promoted to acting Director for Johor.In 1984 he joined a Public Listed Co as the General Manager and Director of the Property Division. In 1990, he opened up his own practice and has been involved in the planning, development and project management of several large development projects in both East and West Malaysia.

Loh Ley Chuong
 
Loh Ley Chuong after graduating from University of Portsmouth, England in 1991, started his career as a Quantity Surveyor with Lau Enterprise Company in Brunei and moved to United Engineers (S) Pte Ltd in 1995. He has been involved with contract administration and project implementation for several buildings and infrastructure projects in Brunei including Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Indoor Stadium BSB. He moved back to Sarawak after completing his Master of Business Administration from University Brunei Darulsalam in December 2002. Joined HAPM in 2003 as a Senior Construction Manager and appointed Executive Director in 2007.
